Under official HEC guidelines on a 4.0 scale, proportional conversion is: Percentage = (CGPA / 4.0) × 100. For instance, 3.50 CGPA = 87.5%, 3.00 CGPA = 75.0%, and 2.50 CGPA = 62.5%.
