How to Calculate AKU Semester GPA & CGPA

The Aga Khan University (AKU) GPA calculator allows you to compute your semester Grade Point Average (GPA) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) instantly. Calculations are based on the official 4.0 grading system of AKU.

How to use the GPA Calculator:

1. Add Courses: Input your courses with their respective credit hours (e.g. 3 or 4 credits).
2. Select Grades: Choose the letter grade (A, B+, C, etc.) or enter the percentage obtained for each course. The calculator will automatically map it to the corresponding grade points.
3. Previous CGPA (Optional): If you want to compute your cumulative CGPA, switch the calculation type to "Cumulative CGPA", enter your previous semesters' CGPA and total earned credit hours.

HEC & AKU Grading Standards

AKU follows the HEC (Higher Education Commission) recommended grading scale, with a maximum GPA of 4.0. A minimum passing grade of A is required to earn credit hours.
