Admissions at University of Health Sciences Lahore (UHS) are determined using a weighted composite aggregate of your academic qualifications and entry test performance.
To apply for undergraduate admission at UHS, applicants must satisfy minimum intermediate mark criteria (typically 50% to 60% depending on degree discipline) and appear in the designated entrance test.
Punjab MBBS Merit = (Matric % × 0.10) + (HSSC % × 0.40) + (MDCAT Score % × 0.50) + Hafiz Bonus (2%). Minimum 65% in HSSC and 60% in MDCAT required.
Minimum 60% score in MDCAT is required to be eligible for MBBS admission in public medical colleges. Private colleges may have lower cutoffs.
KEMU typically requires 90%+ aggregate. Focus on MDCAT as it carries 50% weightage. Strong HSSC marks (85%+) are also essential.
