1. The FOM (Faculty of Management Studies)
UCP’s absolute historical anchor. The Business school is massive, heavily tied into Lahore’s local industrial network (the Punjab Group of Colleges pipeline). While it does not command the instantaneous multi-national prestige of LUMS, it absolutely dominates middle-management and banking recruitment across central Punjab. The focus is highly practical local business operations.
2. Faculty of Media and Mass Communication (FMMC)
This is where UCP frequently beats public sector universities. Connected directly to the Dunya Media Group, the media faculty provides unparalleled, real-world internships. Students work in live newsrooms, operate professional broadcasting equipment, and frequently secure jobs in national television networks before they even graduate.
3. FOIT (Faculty of Information Technology)
UCP’s IT faculty has expanded massively. While historically viewed as a backup to UET or FAST, FOIT has modernized its curriculum heavily toward Cloud Computing and Mobile App development.
