As a highly expensive private institute, SZABIST operates robust internal trust funds to sustain its student body diversity.
1. Need-Based Financial Assistance
SZABIST allocates roughly 5% to 10% of its total revenue directly to need-based scholarships. You can apply for a waiver (ranging from 25% to 100% of the tuition fee). The catch is that you must maintain a strict 2.50+ CGPA. A single failed course will revoke the scholarship for the remainder of your degree.
2. Sindhi Government Endowments (For Karachi/Hyderabad)
Students with valid Sindh domiciles studying at SZABIST campuses in Sindh have access to the Sindh Endowment Fund Scholarship. This is specifically heavily heavily awarded to students pursuing Information Technology (BS CS) or BBA programs.
3. Corporate Sponsorships
Because of SZABIST’s strong alumni ties, corporate entities (like specific banks and media houses) frequently fund specific students pursuing Final Year Projects relevant to their industries. These act as pseudo-internships paired with tuition coverage.
