Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. Governing Law

All matters relating to the Platform, including its policies, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other legal documents, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Relevant statutes include, but are not limited to:

• The Constitution of Pakistan, 1973
• The Contract Act, 1872
• The Copyright Ordinance, 1962 (as amended)
• The Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016
• The Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO), 2002
• Any other applicable consumer protection or IT regulations of Pakistan.

2. Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

By using the Platform, all Users agree that Lahore courts alone shall have jurisdiction over any legal proceedings, to the exclusion of any other venue.

3. No Foreign Jurisdiction

No foreign laws, university rules, or external regulations (including internal COMSATS faculty rules) shall apply to disputes related to the Platform. This ensures that Users and CampusAxis are governed only by Pakistani law.

4. Binding Effect

By accessing or using the Platform, Users expressly agree to this Governing Law & Jurisdiction Statement, which forms part of the legally binding framework of CampusAxis.
